From large to small, we are a one-stop shop for getting the junk removed from any property. We currently service commercial and private owners. Bank-owned properties are welcome, and we carry all the proper insurance.
AHS Property Care & Landscape Supply can also secure the property and / or winterize it while we are cleaning it up. We currently maintain working relationships with several banks and local realtors as we are entrusted with securing and cleaning out their foreclosed properties in Battle Creek and the surrounding areas.
Once this task is completed, we can continue with any outside services that may be needed, such as lawn care while the property is sold.
Our Preferred Customer Plan (aka PC Plan) is a budget-minded opportunity for our customers. Our basic PC Plan can include lawn mowing services, fertilizing and snow services for your home or business. The advantages are you receive one monthly payment for the services you choose.
Additional services such as landscape maintenance, aeration, pressure washing and so on are billed separately. However, many of those services come with PC Plan discounts that help you save your money.
Many of our current customers are on the PC Plan, beyond the discounts they receive, most like the budget-friendly monthly payment. This plan is helpful in the winter months. No more large bills during snowy months or upcharges during heavier snow seasons.
